IBG Group as a business had been formed back in 1993, when a natural person of Ales Zazvorka started his business as a representative of an industry battery manufacturer. The breaking point for the development of the business came in 2002, when a contract on exclusive representation was signed with the newly-formed concern of Exide Technologies. This brought a number of positive impacts at one time, which were important for future development of the business - e.g. almost hundred percent of product base covering all demands and needs of the clients, technical support, logistics and supplier support etc.
Original trade-service-assembly company supplying batteries and accessories turned to a provider of solutions in the field of propellant and standby energy. By this, the product portfolio as well as the service range have been extended significantly. In addition to batteries and chargers, IBG is ready and able to supply and service direct-current as well as alternating-current (DC/AC) systems of standby power supply, DC/DC converters, inverters, motor generators as well as equipment of recharging stations.
Future development of IBG Group will be oriented primarily upon optimization of internal as well as external processes, continual improvement of the system of communication with the clients as well as the suppliers, continuous education and training of employees at all levels in a way to secure IBG to become in the long term the best and most stable partner for all existing as well as newly acquired clients.
