CTP Invest is Dutch based developer who is active on the Czech market since 1998. CTP owns CTPark Network created from over 36 CTParks placed strategically through middle and east Europe (CEE).
Among the most important projects are from the rentable office space – Spielberk Office Centre and Axis Office Park and from the industrial sites – CTPark Brno – winner of the 2nd place in the category Industrial Park with the greatest economic benefit and 3rd place with the building Honeywell in category Business Property with the greatest benefit for Innovation and Research in the Business Property of the Year 2008, CTPark Ostrava –winner of the 1st place in category Industrial park with the most effective economic influence in competition Business Property of the Year 2007, CTPark Plzen and many more. Our newest project – Winter of the 2nd place in the category Brownfield of the Year in competition Busienss Property of the Year 2007 – is CTZone – very successful combination of office, detail and warehouse space.
