R6 Logistics Park is the new large warehouse area which pops up in the neighbourhood of Jeneč near Prague, directly on the R6 highway exit, 5 km west from the Prague city ring-road towards Karlovy Vary and Germany (see the map below). The four buildings comprising 48.000sqm of the first construction phase were granted all the construction permits. The construction of buildings including customised adjustments for particular tenants or buyers can be started anytime and they will be ready for operation max. within 6 months from signature of future lease or purchase agreement. For large operators there is ready building permit for another building of total 35.000 sqm. In total, the R6 Logistics Park, shall contain 170.000 sqm of modern warehouse, production space and offices. The units to lease will be sizing from 1.500 sqm up to 40.000 sqm. However, the main advantage of the park is the excellent connection to public transportation (trainstation and future station of high-speed-train within only 200m, already only 12-15 min. by train from Kladno, buses from two metro lines within frequency 5-10 min. during the morning and afternoon) and the public services in the neighbouring municipality Jeneč (3 restaurants, post office, shops etc.).
