Among the most important projects are from the rentable office space – Spielberk Office Centre and Axis Office Park and from the industrial sites – CTPark Brno, CTPark Ostrava – in 2008 winner of the industrial park with the most effective economic influence, CTPark Plzen and many more. Our newest project – Winter of the 2nd place in the Brownfield category in 2008 – is CTZone – very successful combination of office, detail and warehouse space.
CTP Invest is Dutch based developer who is active on the Czech market since 1998. CTP owns CTPark Network created from over 36 CTParks and CTPoints placed strategically through middle and east Europe (CEE).
In the near future CTP plans construction of new industrial zones also in Slovakia, Romania and Poland.
