REGIONAL DAYS - POLAND, SLOVAKIA, HUNGARY AND ROMANIA

Eleven years running and EASTLOG is still innovating! This year’s congress featured the all new Regional Days program focusing on the logistics activities of Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. This two-day block of presentations by the “Logistics Embassies” of the above-mentioned countries offered visitors valuable market and contact information about our most important Central European logistics neighbors, a sampling of the national food and drink of each nation and advice for Czech companies looking to forge new partnerships in the region.

František Komora, president of the Federation of Logistics and Freight Forwarding of Slovakia kicked off the event with a professional discussion on logistics in Slovakia.	In addition to speaking at the EASTLOG conference, Vladimir Badic led the presentation on Romanian logistics and also came as an emissary on behalf of the Romanian organization, ARILOG.
The Slovak Embassy in Prague prepared a sampling of traditional Slovak fare which included pagáče, brynza and of course wine from the west of the country.	The Polish Embassy was represented by 1st Secretary Zdislaw Stasiak.
