VGP Group designs, constructs and leases logistic complexes and semi-industrial parks in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. It has built and now successfully leases a number of its own production and logistics complexes in the Czech Republic, including the Blue Park and Green Park in Prague-Letňany and the Green Tower administrative complex in Prague-Stodůlky. Since May, 2006, VGP has been constructing one of the largest logistic parks in the Czech Republic called VGP Park Horní Počernice.
The company operates in the Czech Republic, as well as in Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia and Romania. This year, VGP is planning to invest around 200 million EUR. Toward the end of 2007, VGP entered the Prague and Brussels Stock Exchange.
