LOGISTICS HR FORUM
Logistics HR Forum is one of the EASTLOG program blocks (May 27 – 28, 2010, Top Hotel Prague) which is dedicated to human resources in logistics. The first part are two seminars addressed to the future graduates of high schools, vocational schools and universities to inform about possibilities on the logistics job market. The second and important part of the Logistics HR Forum is an inspiring program of discussions dealing with current topics in logistics HR.
The Goal
The goal of this specialized program block is
to promote logistics as a career to colleges, universities, high schools and vocational schools, to attract young talent from those schools and to facilitate meetings between leading logistics service/product providers and potential employees.
Who participates in the HR Forum?
- HR managers, recruitment companies operating in the logistics sector
- Line managers, top managers, middle managers of logistics companies
- Logistics managers of companies using logistics service and products
- Students of logistics-oriented subjects from colleges/universities, high schools and vocational schools

- A specialized seminar for students in their last two years of high school, vocational schools and universities with a focus on logistics and transport.
- Practical information about the job market, career self preparation, possibilities in logistics.
- Meetings with major, successful logistics professionals who will share their experiences in career building. Specific information, advice and recommendations on how to become successful in logistics.
- Capacity for this seminar is limited to 150 persons.
- Participation is free for all students/graduates of high schools. Advance registration required.

DISCUSSION HR FORUM
- An interactive seminar for HR managers, line managers, middle and top management of logistics companies or companies that use logistics services and products.
- An unique opportunity to share experiences and opinions with colleages and to learn about practical examples of already realized HR projects in logistics.
- Capacity for discussion forum is limited to 50 persons.
