Jaroslav Tyle graduated from the University of Transport and Communications in Žilina in 1992, majoring in Railway Transport Operation and Economics. After graduation, he joined BOHEMIAKOMBI (formerly Kombiverkehr CS) as Sales and Operations Manager. From 2003 to 2008, he worked for European Rail Shuttle / ERS Railways Mělník as Operation Manager, and now works at Mělník Intermodal Terminal as Terminal Manager.
