Ferdinand Hlobil is the Head of Central European Industrial Department of C&W located in Budapest, Prague & Warsaw. He joined C&W in 1995 and is a Partner of the firm. Among other responsibilities, Ferdinand is also co-ordinating the Central European industrial teams and the cross-border flows of developers, investors and occupiers. Ferdinand has considerable experience of the Central European property market in industrial, retail warehousing, and various land acquisitions.
Successes of last year Ferdinand has been involved in the sales, acquisitions amounting more 200,000 sq m of various land transactions and approx 50,000 sq m of various industrial and retail warehouse lettings.
