PointPark Properties (P3) is a Pan European asset manager and developer of distribution facilities and is currently active in 11 European countries – Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and the United Kingdom. P3 has agreements to manage over 1.5 million square meters of assets in over 72 distribution buildings and has a land bank of 820,000 sqm for further development throughout Europe. The company expects to continue to grow its assets under management in 2011 in other key logistics markets across Europe.
The company has offices in Prague, Paris, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, London, Bratislava, Bucharest and Warsaw. P3’s objective is to build a world-class network of modern distribution facilities for its customers such as logistics service providers, distribution companies, light manufacturers and retailers.
P3 will source land across Europe to meet client´s Build-To-Suit requirements.
