Erste Group Immorent – All You Need for Successful Real Estate Projects
Within Erste Group, Erste Group Immorent is the specialist in real estate and infrastructure financing and development. Our activities include a comprehensive range of financing concepts and accompanying services related to real estate.
Erste Group Immorent ČR s.r.o. (formerly IMMORENT ČR s.r.o.) changed its company name on 1 January 2011. It remains a 100% subsidiary of Erste Group Immorent AG of Austria, which has been present in the Czech Republic since 1997 (under the name IMMORENT AG).
The business division of Erste Group Immorent was created on Erste Group level and, within CEE, covers loan financing of real estate, real estate leasing and project development. For the Czech Republic, this entails consolidation of the real estate business of Česká spořitelna and real estate leasing and project development provided by Erste Group Immorent. The aim of the new division is to furnish corporate clients with a more comprehensive solution to their needs, using services marketed under one brand and, later on, under one roof.
Our clients include large international corporations and mid sized Czech manufacturing companies, store and hotel chains, leading developers and local governments and authorities.
