- Together with the products and applications delivery our users are provided with qualified phone and service support (HOT-LINE for free) or advanced and priority support with regard to the agreed SLA paramethers (reaction in 4 hours – 7x24).
- The evidence of all the customer requests is keeping in our information system in order to enable our trained support team the access to actual customer demands or problems.
- For important projects management and support, concerning e.g. EDI communication, WiFi infrastructure or mobile computers is available our Surveillance Centre (even 7x24 support).
- Our offer consists as well as of professional support, concerning complex warranty and post-warranty service in accordance with service, surveillance or prophylaxis contracts conditions.
We ensure pre- as well as post-implementation training and full introduction into functinalities of delivery devices and systems. On the base of our customer interest we are able to provide further training for new staffmembers, particular training at customer site or at our training centre, or for specialist we could organise a visit of MOTOROLA Service Centre in Brno, Czech Republic.
