The Business Arena by its very nature defies the traditional concept of a trade fair or exhibition. We’ve torn down the walls and shed light where the darkness once was. The open spaces of the Business Arena along with an all-new layout of stands creates a loose and easy-going environment more conducive to doing business by promoting informal discussions between logistics professionals.

Entry to the BUSINESS ARENA is FREE to all visitors, conference delegates and partners of the congress. Advance registration is required.
The Business Arena program is linked with other program blocks of the congress (Corporate Seminars of 16 partners, Corporate Events - own professional or social program by the partners of the EASTLOG congress, Regional days of Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania, the Job Fair and Transport Meeting) there will be light refreshments, warm and cold non-alcoholic drinks. All visitors of the EASTLOG congress will enjoy an entertaining program with EASTLOG Passes and many exhibitors are also preparing their own competitions at their stands.
The second day of the congress will conclude with an CLOSING COCKTAIL, which will be hosted by a professional host. There will be also an entertainment program prepared next to light refreshment. Use this opportunity to network and join us for an informal afternoon goodbye drink. During the afternoon cocktail there also will be a drawing for the winners of the EASTLOG Pass competition.

WHAT IS THE EASTLOG PASS?
Every visitor of the EASTLOG congress will receive an EASTLOG pass from us upon registration before entering the area of the Business Arena. The EASTLOG Pass is sort of something like a playing card, onto which one can collect stamps from the stands he/she has visited in the Business Arena. These cards will then go into a drawing for valuable prizes! The prizes will be drawn during the closing afternoon cocktail on the congress day number two.
